Crazy busy and lack of updates -> Let Brian Watson doit!

There’s about 50 things I need to deal with on this website, but a lack of time has struck me with all it’s might. That and yesterday I built a new work bench! One that doesn’t rattle and resonate when I play certain chords testing amps. Seems important yeah?

First order of business -> The winds have blessed me and my wife with cheap tickets to Sweden! We are leaving March 25th which means that a few weeks prior I will try and ’slow my roll’ with regards to repair work. I’ve already decided to work Sunday and Monday to catch up, but we’ll just have to see exactly when I’ll be making the cut off. I’ll be gone for 2 weeks and be back in the shop on April 13th (Tuesday).

Brian Watson / Modest Mouse Tour Blog! -> I’ve needed for a little while to set up some linking and such to the Portland Custom Shop Myspace page as the shop isn’t just me, it’s all four of us. To make things a bit more interesting Brian has been blogging on this current MM tour he’s on, and doing a damn good job at it too. (The guy has a degree in poetry for which he writes sweet lyrics about his guitar endeavors)

Boost Pedal info -> They all sold! Modest Mouse took four of them so now I have none left. I guess that’s a good thing!? I’m going to get some more boxes going and try to have some before I leave, if not Tim will be building some while I’m gone.
